Philly CNAs - any good recommendations........

Anyone have a good recommendation for a good LTC to work at. I just did my clinical today and the CNAs looked so unhappy mean and tired. I want to work at a facility where the CNAs look somewhat cheerful. I know CNAs do a lot of work but I don't want to work in a uptight environment. Any suggestions on LTC?

You are right. I know how you feel. that makes me think. I will make sure I be aware of the enviroment and other workers around when applying for my first cna job. because I surely do not want to work with people who are mean and grumpy!
