I worked in the float pool. Floor wise I would have to say that maternity was the best because of caseload. But my favorite to work was cardiology because of the nurses and also because I want to work in cardiology once I finish up my RN. But all the floors that I've been on are very welcoming so it's pretty easy to work there.
