Need help with ROM exercises

Could somebody please list both the upper and lower extremity of ROM for me step by step please? Apparently the book and video is quite different from what we were taught in class and I'm a bit confused over all. I take my test in a few weeks and am wondering which is the correct way to do it for states. Thank you for any help!
