NA to CNA certification St. Louis MO

Does anyone know of any facilities (long term care, hospital, etc.) that will train and certify a NA to a CNA? I'm looking for any where in St. Louis, St. Charles, O'fallon Missouri (metro) area. I was also wondering about the average pay. Thanks!
