They may ask why you became a CNA, what are the positive things you can contribute to this facility, why you chose this facility (of course, it is because you need a freaking job...). You can say that you chose this facility because it was recommended by a friend (if this is true, be prepared to mention who it is), it is close to where you live, therefore, because it is close, you can get to work on time, shouldn't be a problem with traveling, etc. They may ask if you plan to continue your education, even ask that you share something negative about yourself. To that, I would respond that I am too hard on myself when I really want to care for my patients properly. Some ask about extracirricular interests, as well. Best of luck to you!
