Group Home CNA

Does any one know what awake hourly rate and sleep hourly rate means? This is for a support position in a group home.

Default Re: Group Home CNA
This probably (not sure, ask the administrator of the group home for clarification) refers to a shift differential for working NOCs. Generally you are paid a differential if your job consists of monitoring sleeping patients all night long, because that's really hard and not just anyone can do it. I'd like to think it means you get paid for sleeping, but I strongly doubt it.
