All CNA's..welcome to allnurses.com and the cna forum. Due to the many questions about the cna registry I have provided a complete list of cna registries for every state.

If you have a question regarding the cna registry of your state...please review this thread and find your state. This list contains the address you need to write, the telephone and fax number you need to call, and the website address. Please use this handy link.

HI ALL -

CLARIFICATION ON MA -
I just called the MA number the kind woman on the other end stated that her number is listed on this form and is incorrect, this is for MIT.
She gave me the correct number which should be 617-753-8144.
She also indicated the fax number is correct.
