CNA 2 && Phlebotomy class... is it hard?

Hello... I'm starting my CNA 2 class and Phlebotomy class soon..
I'm just wondering..
Are those classes hard?
Is CNA 2 harder than CNA 1?
I think i heard you dont need to do state exam for CNA 2 like you did in CNA 1..
Is that true?
Not sure if I heard right...
