hi,i am a foreign nurse,planning to write CNA exam this month.i didnt take any classes in CNA,as i am a foreign nurse they authorized me to write the exam in newyork state.i dont know any thing about the pattern of exam or what all things i have to study.plese help me .thank you

Welcome to allnurses.

Promissor does the testing for many states. I am not sure which state you will be testing in, but you can see one of Promissor's sample test in this link. They also have frequently asked questions and a handbook!! Good luck on the test.

The website I gave you also has a handbook that will tell you the steps for each skill. There is also a set of great free videos here!!
