Can I take my CNA exam in another state other than the state I went to training in?

Hello,

I have completed my CNA training in Arkansas, but I was not able to take the State Exam when if was offered. I live and would be working in Memphis, so could take the CNA State Exam in Tennessee even through I have my completion certificate in Arkansas?
