Can cna's in texas work as a neo tech?

Hello all,I will take my skills and written test on sunday may 17th I'm so excited!! please pray for me...after certification I would like to get a job at a hospital working with babies, can someone tell me what hospitals will hire a new cna in the ft.worth, arlington area to work in the nicu,I know some hospitals hire what they call neo-tech's to feed babies,do vitals, diaper changes etc...But I'm not sure about texas,if someone could give me some direction, my plans are to start job hunting first thing monday morning...what hospitals are hiring for this position, and also would I need my cpr to work in a hospital?

Thanks for any advice.
