Approximately how long did it take any of you to find a position? I have absolutely no related experience and have been out of the workforce for quite some time now but I did just recently get my license. I was actually thinking about finding work at a children's home 1st to get some related experience then apply for ltc's. Does that seem like a better way to go about this or should I just aggressively apply for ltc's jobs? Or should I just apply to both the childrens home and the ltc's and take whatever offer comes first? any help on this would be appreciated.
