You cannot make others do anything. You cannot control the actions of other persons.

You can only worry about your own actions, and do the very best you can at work amid the sea of laziness and bad work ethics that seem to surround you. Even if you didn't finish your work, you will be able to sleep at night with the knowledge that you gave it your all and all. Good luck to you!

Here's an additional thought. It may be time to find another workplace with coworkers that know the meaning of terms such as "hard work" and team work."
