American Red Cross vs. Hazy Institute for Nurses aid training

Hello,

I am applying to nursing schools and have decided to sign up for a nurses assistant course to be certified in Michigan. My question is if anyone out there has attended the Hazy Institute or American Red Cross program and if so, how did you like it?? Any advice you can provide would be appreciated. I can start Hazy on August 10th but will have to wait till January for Red Cross since I have a full time schedule for Fall. My plan is to look for a job as a nurse assistant in December or early January. Thanks for your help!!

If you can't get any feedback here maybe you could try posting in the Michigan section of this forum.

Hi wayne state grad,

I attended Hazy Institute in July of 08. I LOVED IT. The INSTRUCTOR is WONDERFUL. The program is only 2 weeks which for me was GREAT. The tuition is AFFORDABLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAZY.
