Nursing assistant resume

I want to apply for a hospital job- currently working in LTC facility. This hospital only takes online apps/resumes. Need some advice on my resume: do I need to put contact info in volunteer section? I have letters of recommendation- save them for an interview? any other suggestions... I did some major and minor editing. You can always tweak your resume and change things around. I didn't make my changed clear so just compare to your current one =)
If you have questions let me know!

Thanks! didn't even think to put my certification number/exp date on... do you think I need to put supervisor's contact information on re: volunteer work?

Don't need the number, they will get it later.
Just put when you acquired it and the exp month/year. (similar to BLS)

My only question is why are you working as a cna while you have a ba in education.

Because there are no jobs here. Teachers with 8-9 years of experience are being cut. They are the first on the hire back list. New hires have very little chance of getting in. Plus, my license expired while I was busy having kids. I wasn't in love with the profession so I decided to go back for what I should have done in the first place- nursing... so I am working as a CNA until and during nursing school (which will hopefully start in the fall) Do I need to put that in my resume? If so, how do I do that?
