new cna help!!

Tomorrow is my second day on the floor
My first was aweful, so disorganized l, no teamwork etc. Im with an agency and no one even told me wherethelinens were. I didnt know where anything went, was etc. My question is, what is a typical schedule for second shift and how do i know who will need a shower, who will need linens for later cleanups, who eats what, who has time to sit down and look through everyones care plan and write it down! They expect me to jist know and get mad when i dont! What do u expect when ive never even seen this nursing home! Please help me! Help me organize my time and know who needs what please!!!!!
