    S/P = ??? suprapubic
    CBR = complete bed rest
    admin = administer
    prep = prepare

    post = after (post-op)
    post = posterior
    VSS =vital signs stable
    w/c =wheel chair
    C&S = culture and sensitivity
    SSE =soap solution enema
    Ant. = anterior
    DAT = diet as tolerated
    c = with 9has a line over it)
    AP = apical pulse
    Rx = prescription
    gm =gram
    gr = grain
    drsg. = dressing
    ss = signs and symptoms or if it has a line over the ss, it means 1/2
    D/C - discontinue, discharge
    fx = fracture, function
    LP = lumbar puncture
    WNL =within normal limits
    OOB = out of bed
    TO = telephone order
    EEG = electroencephalogram
    PO = by mouth
    PCO = ?? no idea
