HI

I am currently a full time student pursing a BSN. Living in Los Angeles county, specifically San Fernando Valley, and i was looking for any recommendations of any CNA classes near by. I have only been able to find classes offered by Red Cross but they charge 1000 + for the class sadly not within my budget right now :( . Wondering if there is anything cheaper.

Specializes in Wound Care.

you should be able to challenge the boards in your RN program. if not, look into the goodwill in your area. I did mine through them and it only cost me $200 total for cna, hha, and uniforms. check their website.

Try to look at community colleges around your area. Try LAVC cna program. You get picked by a lottery system and the cost is around 470-500 depending on the uniform and books.
