I thought I remembered my teacher saying that you need to raise the side rails every time you move the bed, but I might have misheard her, and it seems unnecessary to raise them for this reason.

- Feb 16 by ZombieMommaIt's not mentioned as a step in my book but it seems like the patient will need something to hold onto in order to lean over. I do just bc it makes sense to me.
