How many people failed the CNA state exam the first time?

I am preparing to take the final exam through the state for my CNA. It seems like they like to fail people for little things. Anyone fail the first time?

I did fail my first time for my written test and for some reason I didnt take it for the 2nd time till 3 months later and than for some reason I retook it and than passed it with a little amazement, as far as the skills test we got it validated at school so I got pretty lucky there if I may say so myself.

I just took the clinical skills for the second time and I think I failed..I am not sure 'cause i spoke to low.. I think she had a hard time hearing me. She seems pretty nice, but doesn't give chances.. also, she confused me.. but I am sure that I passed Indirect care, infection control, and for safety (probably not) Sucks 'cause that's important. The tester was a little further away so I don't know if she thought she heard "shoes" 'cause I looked down at actor's shoes to make sure it is touching the floor completely. I think she thought that she heard "put on shoes" or something.. cause I said something while looking at her feet, but she didn't heard it. Also, I forgot to check her bracelet, but I remembered and checked her bracelet for the 2nd skills.. and i saw the tester erasing something.. probably gave me a chance there. I am concerned for the shoes part.. also, I forgot to rest her feet on footrest..

I did make a few mistake while giving oral care, but I let her know that I forgot to do this.. etc. I am sure she understand 'cause it was too much to do..

So failing to put feet to footrest is against safety or? :| I hope not.. if so, then I probably failed. The footrest wasn't even attached.. you see, this how I get confused. >_

And I hope she thought I said "put shoes on" instead of "OK, let me make sure feet are touching the ground." I did said that.. but in a low voice.

I'm thinking of retaking it in 4-5 months.. I am going to relax for a while .. and look for a job where they don't require the certificate.. I will start looking.... If I failed, I have one more chance! So I really need to try my best because I am not going to retake the course.. I am going for the RN program in the Fall 2012. I might not even go for it.. to fail? >_

Two of my classmates failed it, re-took it within the allotted time frame, and passed.

Two my classmates passed on the first try and one of them was more nervous than me. I guess she got easy skills..

I think she got Handwashing, pulse, and ROM. Today I got hard skills; I liked the first skills that I got, but failed.. Hand washing, pulse, and dressing (left weaker side) I wouldn't say that I am dumb.. I think it is easy.. it just that our nerves screw us up. This time, I am going to practice with someone! Whether don't like it.. :)

Yeah, I have one more chance. :) I am going to watch all the videos for the basic skills and reheorifice with someone.

Pretty sure if I do that, I will pass with no problem. I can't believe that I didn't study much 'cause I didn't know how to study! All I did was watch videos... but I didn't practice physically. Time to get serious because I only have one more chance. I hope she lets me pass.. ha ha. She got me confused. :)

I failed my first time i passed all of written part and then they failed me because when your taking the test you are told to wash your hands the first time then after that just say ok im washing my hands and i failed to say that at the end of one of my skills if they would just let you wash your hands for real each time i wouldnt have messed up so just watch out for that and goodluck
