I am starting my training for 2 weeks as a nursing assistant at a hospital. I sweat a lot and I am quite worried as to how I will cope with this. any words of advice.

I sweat a lot, too. I have found that if you use the white solid deodorants, you can avoid sweat rings. Do not use crappy generics or ladies deodorant. Most ladies' deodorant is garbage. Plenty of girls use this and they are fine. The gel deodorants are garbage. We folks that sweat need something more substantial.

I have also fallen in love with these underarmor tee shirts underneath my scrubs. They are more expensive that regular cotton tees, but handle sweat so much better.

I wear the 'Active' shirts from Old Navy. They wick away the moisture and keep me comfortable. I never thought I would wear or like polyester, but these shirts work well and hold up in the laundry. Walmart carries this type of shirt as well.

Try Certain Dri anti-perspirant. They have a roll on and a solid. Solid is for sensitive skin.
