Help! C.n.a. Question. W.I.

Nursing Students CNA/MA

Published

Hello I am Wisconsin CNA worker.

OK I have a lot of questions.

First an overview of my issue.

Firstly, I have been working in CBRF environment for the past year and nine months in Milwaukee. My commute to the facility is very far. So I went I'm searching

and was offered a job.

Two months before being offered the job I had to suddenly move apartments. During all of the confusion I did not get to change my address on the Pearson VUE website.

My eligibility ended in November. My eligibility has been up for one month.

At the beginning of December I gave my current employer the printed out copy of my CNA registry renewal forms.

I had gone through the employment process with the company I had applied to before my CNA was considered not eligible.

It shows I am in good standing on Pearson vue and the place I applied to really wants me to work for them. They seem to be a little bit flexible about a start date. But here is where things become complicated and I need to start asking questions.

My current employers that I gave the registry renewal form to are either intentionally or unintentionally holding on to them. They have not signed it nor giving me the chance to send it in or turned it in themselves.

The place I applied to explains my hiring would be contingent on weather or not my eligibility was current.

I have remained truthful about the full situation, to the people hiring me.

If for whatever reason I have to take the time to retest and wait for that to process, I would be afraid that I would lose out on a wonderful opportunity.

Does anyone know a way in Wisconsin to expedite this process or have my employer complied with signing the forms? I am really desperate here.

Thank you for your time and consideration!
