Hi are there any CNAs in here? I wanted to make friends with CNAs because I think only some of you can understand me? Message me to talk about CNA issues? I don't know how to reply to a post when I'm on my iPod .. Sounds silly huh? Lol but I really don't know how to use this yet. Also is there a app for only CNAs? I feel unwelcome here because I'm NOT a nurse and this app is called allnurses.com. I just want to make some CNA buddys. Just for info

I hope there's a CNA out there that can be nice and talk to me .

I know what you're talking about. ;) I'm a new CNA and start work next week. Also planning on working as a CNA while going to LPN school which starts in July. Feel free to message me if you want.

There is a CNA forum in here under the nursing student forum. That's where you can CNA related questions.

I'm waiting to take my state boards for CNA here in Florida, hopefully in the next 4 weeks. Planning on starting phlebotomy in August. Anyone else here from FLorida?

OMG! Hii everyone! I am in California ;) I am trying to finish up and then get started with my LVN. I love helping out and this is a job that will have things I don't really like.. But I plan on being a nice CNA.. And will be working my way up

Hi! I am a CNA in a telemetry unit at a hospital here in California! I am working on becoming an RN within the next couple years. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. One thing I wanna say though. Learn to love the dirty work because you will be doing it your entire career as an RN if you stay in bedside nursing. And ultimately we shouldn't view it as dirty work because we are here to take care of the patient in every way we can while showing compassion and having a humbled heart! Good luck to you and don't stop until you reach your goals!

Welcome!! I am a new CNA (certified April 14th, 2012) in MS. Hoping to get into the LPN or RN program this fall. I'm 32 yrs old so this is a career change for me but I'm liking CNA work so far.
