Getting a CNA license with a misdemeanor
- 0Apr 21, '12 by kh1990Hello, right now i live in florida. I have a misdemeanor petty theft. I am in the process of expungement. I have one more class in the fall before i apply to nursing school. I was wondering if taking the cna class before the expungement is complete would make my chances at becoming licensed more hard? I want to take the class in two months, but the process will not be complete then. Any advice or similar stories?

Oh, and btw, CNA's aren't licensed they're certified. You'll step on a lot of toes by saying that. I know it makes me cringe.
Good luck in your journey!
