First interview woes

I just had my first interview for a care assistant position in a nursing home, I think I did ok and the interviewers said I did well but I am not sure if I will get the job. After the interview she did not tell me anything about when I would be expected to start or the hours I would be expected to do, she basically just said she will check my references and let me know in a couple days, does that sound promising?
