Hello!! I'm not finished with my course, and therefore have no idea what the most important things will be on your certification exam, but I'm trying to think of what my instructor has really emphasized thus far. Hand-washing, definitely. OH, and charting/legal stuff. Transferring residents, and feeding. Not sure if that helps though!!

Go to Barnes and Noble bookstore. In their nursing section they have some testbooks for the CNA certification that should be helpful. I would look through the ones they have to see which one is set up the way that appeals to your eye. I looked through one of them, and saw that the questions were pretty basic. If you read it through and through, there should be no problem. Make sure you watch the videos as well to make it through the practical skills part. Good luck!
