different wage for Specialty hospitals?

Hey, I have many hospitals in my area but there's one that is the most large. They have the best trauma and teaching programs for students. They have a huge Children's hospital connected to the main site.

To get into any hospital you basically HAVE to know someone inside. Well long story short, I don't, and I have been trying to get a job at this hospital for 1 year straight with no calls I finally got an interview for Weds at the Children's hospital.

So my question is would PCTs get paid a bit more in a specialty hospital like a children's hospital?
