I have an interview this week for a NA Trainee position at a hospital. I don't have any training yet but some related experience. I'll get all my questions answered at the interview, but I'd like to get a feel for other people's experiences.
Did anybody else become a CNA this way? What was your experience like as a trainee? Were you automatically offered a CNA position at the hospital after you were certified? Is there anything special I should ask about at the interview?
Thank you for any advice!

If you are a good employee (on time, not calling in sick all the time, a good team worker, get along with others, accurate in your work, act professional, so on) they will jump to hire you after you get your CNA.
If you don't prepare for the interview and know how to present yourself you have
a good chance of NOT getting the job. Good Luck, Sarah
