That sounds wonderful! I was just scared because I do not have the money right now but need a career! Are classes given on the weekends so I could still work? The office is in Margate and I live in North Dade!!!
Call them to see what arrangement you can make for your training.
They will be able to tell you how they will be able to help.
Nursing is a growing field, you won't regret it.

I'm taking my test this wed. I am only worried about the clinical skills part of it. On prometric web site they have a clinical skill test checklist which has 22 skills on it. Are these the only ones that they test one? Also, I read where Florida does not test on Measuring and recording blood pressure and weight. Is this true? I am challenging the test so I am trying to make sure I know exactly what skills I need to know. Thank you

You are better off knowing all the skills. There's no way to know which one you will have to perform. That's decided right then and there by your examiner.

Depends on where you test. They usually have you complete 4/5 skills during the test, we used our instructor to make a bed, transfer from bed to w/c, etc. You can do it...good luck

There wasn't any math in 2009, I don't think they would add it, they removed BP as a requirement for the skills test, so I don't think they're trying to make the test harder. The written test is easier than taking a driver's permit test, you should really be studying for your skills exam instead.
