CNA Certificate

  1. 0 Hi, I was wondering if any of you could tell me how long it typically takes to become certified with the state after you take your test, pass, and then send in the application to the state board.

I'm super impatient and I just want to start working already!! haha

I am in Arizona, btw. and I will be transferring my certificate to California as soon as I get approved here.

Well, in Illinois, after I took my test it took two weeks for my name to show up on the registry. I got my certification transferred to Ms, and that took about a month to get my new certificate.

I just took my test this past Thursday, and I had gotten a paper saying that in 5 days my name would be on the mi registry, and said to allow 2 weeks for my certificate to arrive. hope that helps. I am not sure about transfering how long that will take.
