    I have a class coming up in a couple of weeks for PCA in Orange County,NY and I want to start off working in people homes for experience but i was hoping to branch off to private practices or to the hospital or maybe even the nursing home. Can a PCA only work in people homes?

    PCA/CNA's can work in nursing homes or hospitals. Generally it's much easier to get a CNA job in a nursing home as they are in high demand there. Hospitals (in my area at least) prefer 1 year of experience.
