    They sent me back an email with a link to take a test. I took the test. Does anyone know if they send that test to everyone who applies or just the people they will interview?

    I have a job with an agency and I had to take three tests. I wasn't really interviewed, but oriented and I got the job, though an agency is very different from a hospital. It all depends on your specific hospital and it's company policy. If they're having you jump though more hoops after an interview, I would take it as a good sign. Good luck!
