HELP with a debate!

by RN2BN08

Hello all! I just wondered if I could get some help. I am a graduate nursing student on my way to CNS. I have a debate next week and I have to back up my arguments with references. I cannot find information on this topic. The questions is "Is the APN as effective in meeting patient needs as House Staff?" I am on the pro side of this but I have to argue the con side. PLEASE HELP ME!

Frustrated.
