- Aug 12, '12 by traumaRUsFor my MSN (management and leadership) I did a Capstone project - sorry can't even remember the topic.
- Aug 12, '12 by hey_suzCongratulations, Nicolein!! How wonderful to be done. Just curious what you found in doing your thesis. I found that my professional development was close to ZERO working night shifts. (Not sure exactly what I will all have to do, but it is Capstone rather than thesis style).

I used to tool that had been used in previous studies called the deterrents to participation scale (dps). It had 40 statements divided in 6 categories and I found time constraints and cost to be the most deterring factors. Broken down into cost, family constraints, work (time) constraints, disengagement, lack of quality.Congratulations, Nicolein!! How wonderful to be done.
