CNS'~How are you a change agent?

I was reviewing some of the descriptors for the CNS role (part of the last project for my dual program) and one of the questions that it asks is, "How did you act a a change agent (within the project of system intervention)?". I was stuck for a long time on answering this question so I googled it and there are primarily 3 ways a CNS can act as a change agent; for the patient, for the nurses, and for the organization. I am happy to say that after completing my project (Preventing pediatric IV complications) I was able to address all 3.
So ladies and gentlemen, please share something that you may have done in your current roles that describes what you did as a change agent. I and others would you to hear all about it.

Ana
