Chamberlain summer 2013 addison campus

Has anyone heard whether they've been accepted yet for this summer to the addison campus? I've already taken my HESI and just finishing up my pre-reqs at my comm college: AP2, ethics and chemistry lab

So I just applied when I went to meet with the advisor and scheduled and appointment to take the entrance exam! which will be in a month, have you gone yet?

No, not yet....I am still awaiting my advisors response and the transcript evaluation (going on three weeks now!)...I am trying to meet with the Financial Aid office to see if I can even afford this school, but no luck so far :(

I did email her, she responded the next day...but she told me to just wait for my evaluation...four weeks have passed by and no email with my evaluation attached so far...in the mean time I decided to apply to one more BSN program but I will not be able to start until January, because I need three more classes in order to apply (higher chem, computer class and humanities), but now I'm considering doing those classes over the fall semester....The other nursing program is like 16-20 months instead of 2 years at Chamberlain....I would prefer Chamberlain because it's so much closer (I live only about 15 minutes from the campus)....so confused but will apply anyway, I need to have a "plan B" :unsure:

So I finally received my evaluation on Monday....and the adviser that was preparing the evaluation skipped one of the classes that should have transferred...:***: I am so frustrated with this adviser, I don't know why chamberlain switched me to a different person....emailed him the same day let him know about the class and still waiting for his respond...I am not happy with this person, and for the record that wasn't the case before....usually I would get some kind of response within a day or two at most...Well, anyways the other school that I will be applying to is Resurrection University....I hope your application process is going a lot smoother than mine :)

Did you take the HESI yet? I'm studying for it now I'm trying to get in the program fall as well. I have all of my pre nursing credits except stats I recently live in DC because of the military but I'm originally from Chicago. The Arlington location will transfer my information to the Addison location. I'm studying for the hesi test now I'm trying to take it the middle of May and get done with admission before all the high school grads. I heard on this website Chamberlin admission come together at the end of the month to make decisions. I'm scared I really want to get in the program I've tried mostly all the schools out there.

did you make an appointment to take the hesi? I know you told me you had a friend that is in chamberlain, can she tell you what is in the science part of the hesi? like is it what is in the study guide? one of my friends is going to apply to resurecction as well! :)

Yes I am going to the Addison campus if I get accepted:unsure:. I've took the hesi twice and got an 82-85 depending on how Addison grade their hesi but that's what Arlington location told me what my score is. I hope I don't have to wait like some people I know.. some people had to wait till or until someone failed a drug test.

Did you get in? Unfortunately I had to postpone nursing school.....
