Nursing Students Chamberlain College

Published

Has anyone attended or is currently attending Chamberlain College of Nursing in Atlanta? If so, how is it? Any info would be greatly appreciated. I am currently attending a technical college and have done all of my pre requisites except for the sciences. My gpa is 3.40. I just found out about this school and I am very interested... thanks.

I'll be there on the 2nd so ill be sure to fill you in on what we had to do! But I'm curious... People who have already started, what was your orientation like?

Ok great! I wish we knew which teachers to take and who not to take lol!

Hi Ash, Do you plan on using ebooks for your books for school?

Yes that's the plan! Well I plan to buy hard copies for my nursing books though.

quick question for anyone who has already attended the clinical compliance seminar. I know they said to get a stethoscope with a bell and diaphragm, but does anyone know if this means no one-sided-head stethoscopes (like some of the more advanced littmanns)? I was looking at stethoscopes and was debating between the Littmann classic II S.E. or the Littmann Master Classic. The S.E. has a two-sided head, while the more advanced master classic has a one-sided head. Anyone have any advice? Thanks!

Just get any good stethoscope, it does't matter.

I have the Littman Classic II S.E. myself, along with a backup. :)
