Nursing Students Chamberlain College

Has anyone attended or is currently attending Chamberlain College of Nursing in Atlanta? If so, how is it? Any info would be greatly appreciated. I am currently attending a technical college and have done all of my pre requisites except for the sciences. My gpa is 3.40. I just found out about this school and I am very interested... thanks.

is there anyone here who is currently paying out of pocket

Hey about 90% of us are paying out of pocket lol including ma self.. Is very hard tho but i prepared towards it.

Specializes in Pediatrics.

I don't know how I'm going to finance it, but I'm walking by faith. Paying out of pocket really isn't an option right now. Took my placement tests today. Hope it's not in vain because committee doesn't even meet until next week; but then again, why set up placement exams if my chances are low? :inlove: I'm praying because my goal is to be a mid-level. I want nothing more than to get into Emory's FNP/Midwifery program after this. Don't know how I'll pay for that, either. :roflmao:

oh you should be fine once you score 75percent you are in. Whole process is 2weeks so you should get a call soon.

I will take my hesi on tuesday the 9th of april. Any advice will be highly appreciated

I went to the school on Friday and she told me that everything would transfer and that I would start right in with nursing courses. My only concern again is the cost and not being able to work to pay the bills. Is it doable to work part time while in this program? And does any of you know of any scholarships that I can apply for?

Hey'all, took my hesi today, made 79. I applied last tuesday, was not able to get the study guide n studied off of the internet for abt 3 days LOL.

Keepfingerscrossed how long after registration did they ask you to take the Hesi? Where did you study online?
