Just wondering if any of the current SRNAs are involved with their state ANA? What types of things are you involved in? What is the time committment of being a student rep and is it difficult to juggle with an already hectic schedule? Thanks.

I'm currently the ANA student rep for Rush U. in Illinois. It's not too busy, just a couple of meetings to attend and they might ask you to write a piece for the newsletter. You also get to see and participate in the nitty-gritty of politics and legislation on CRNAs. I'd recommend it as a beneficial experience.
