does anyone know if this is still being published. I don't think I've seen an issue since the Spring.

Yes, I have seen 2, maybe 3 issues. It may be on a yearly schedule, I am not sure.

I do know they are seeking out student contributions. So don't give up! Plan on submitting to them.

I remember reading somehting that funding might be in question.
