Sponsorships?

Would any of you practicing CRNA's recommend accepting sponsorships (if offered) from private healthcare organizations in exchange for time after graduating from CRNA school? Would I be missing out on the opportunity to gain the most optimal experience and salary right out of school.

From what I have heard from other students and graduates who post on the other board, they don't recommend signing one unless you absolutely need the money. They don't like to be obligated for the payback time and money. But it needs to be an individual decision.

Just before to read the contract carefully and understand what your obligations are.

Things to check out:

Will you get paid the same as the other CRNAs once you work there?
What happens if you don't go to work there?
What happens if they don't have a position for you when you graduate?
Do you have to pay the money back if they don't want to hire you?
What happens if you don't graduate or don't pass boards?
Will it significantly hamper your professional growth (the type of cases or techniques there are very limited) to go there as a new grad?
