RETIREMENT for CRNA?

Hi,

Is there any specific age by which a CRNA has to retire in USA? Just curious to know. What if some one is 70 years old can they still aneshetize patients? Any real time info would help? Also what is the maximum age limit for some one to get into CRNA school? How about getting into school at 46 years of age. Any body who got accepted at that age. I want to know ONLY THE REAL TIME SITUATIONS THAT ANY OF YOU HAVE SEEN. I mean have you come across with any one who were in those two situations.

No retirement age for CRNAs...I've seen people in their 70's still practicing.
No age requirement for CRNA school...the oldest student I've seen was 52 years old.

I went to anesthesia school at the age of 40, no problem. You are not old yet. (Old is one year older than I am at any given year!!!!!)

I know several practicing CRNAs in their 70's. Remember though it is a somewhat physical career, you need to be able to move around, and have good manual dexterity.
