requirment for CRNA

by txx119

All schools require at least one year work experience in acute care if we apply for CRNA. I had two year work experience in ICU a few years ago. Does this meet the requirement? Or the one year experience in acute care should be the most recent?

I thought that they prefer it to be most recent, but you could always contact the schools you are interested in and check into it.

I know at the school I'm looking at, it has to be one full year within the last two years. It varies from school to school.
