Question about AA's

by MmacFN

Hi everyone

I know this is a bit of a political subject but im not looking to create a political discussion.

First off, let me say that im going to CRNA school.

Now what i am wondering is what everything thinks of the AA thing as well as how it might affect the CRNA profession? How did it come to be? Is it growing of not?

Just concerned as a future CRNA

MM

There is already a huge thread on this topic. Just do a search on this forum and you will find it along with many others.

My suggestion would be to do a search because this can turn ugly really quick.

Just an observation but ...

Without the AA issue, or other controversial topics ...

Seems like hardly anybody posts in this area anymore. Other than the CRNA wannabe's ... This part of the board is pretty much deader than a doornail.

So ... I'm not sure why people groan about it. It may be the only thing that kept the board interesting enough for people to keep coming back.

What's worse? A little controversy ... or no traffic at all?

Have to agree with ya there. haven't seen much on this board in quite a while. I know as I a student, I've been quite busy, and haven't had as much of a chance to post anything.

hehe

well im on another website and i can tell you that we typcially allow contraversial topics to some degree just to maintian the traffic. If nothing more than nice exchanges and agreement is going on, there is nothing interesting to get ppl excited.

Yeah ... it's boring.

I realize they don't want a free for all but, squashing all debate literally kills the traffic.

I feel you on the boredom. But why beat a dead horse. I'm personally sick of debating this issue. I rather debate on which gas is best for an obese patient. Des or Sevo?

The point is ... nobody's beating anything. This forum is the dead horse. When it gets to the point that nobody can say anything ... they just leave.

I'm not sure how you're going to debate any issue at that point ... since they're all gone. If that's the way the owners want it, then so be it ... but this place has become a ghost town.
