KAplan Prep Review

I took the Kaplan review and shelled out the $1000.00. I did well on the GRE, 700 Quantitative, 600 Verbal and 5.0 on the analytical. I believe the review course was worth it, however I would not go to the in person class. I would recommend the online course. It is half the cost and includes the same books for the in class version. Also, the preparation that is available on line is great. These courses offer tips not available in kaplan books that you buy in the bookstores. If you are serious and will spend the time, (I spent over 4 months preparing) the Kaplan method works. You will learn shortcuts and strategies that will well prepare you for the test. I felt I was thoroughly prepared. Good luck.

Thanks for the tip, Tom. I'm gearing up to take the GRE and have been researching some of the self-study books. I'm glad to know that the Kaplan method worked for you on the GRE and congrats on your scores.

Thanks for the tip Tom, I'm looking to take the GRE soon as well but definitely do not want to shell out over a grand for the prep course. Maybe the online course is the way to go!

Ditto about Kaplan.
I can't speak to other review courses, like Princeton, but I can tell you that the methods and review that you receive from the Kaplan study materials are outstanding - if you are a dedicated and self-directed student.
I scored in the 80th and 90th percentile my first time on the GRE. It was not luck. The materials work if you put the time into studying them.

Default Applied to five schools
NEC,

I have applied to five CRNA programs. I have heard from three so far and have interviews with all three. Am still waiting to hear from the other two. Interviews start at the end of this month. All five schools that I applied to required the GRE.
