Kaiser students

I know that there is a lot of commuting involved with Kaiser's program. Where do most of you live? Is it feasible to live someplace like West L.A., Culver City, Cheviot Hills, or Carthay Circle? Or would it be better to live in/around Pasadena? Thanks in advance for your advice.

If you go to Kaiser's website kpsan.org, you can look up the clinical sites you will be at. I live in San Dimas, which is okay, you can decide if its good for you.

dont forget that the first semester and second you have to drive to fullerton. most ppl in my class say pasadena is pretty central. however you wont know your clinical sched till second semester. you may be more heavily scheduled in one area over another. also, your specialty rotations childrens hosp sunset blvd 2 months, heart rotation sunset kaiser 1 month, riverside county 1 month, neuro at anaheim or sunset kaiser. 1 month and ob woodland hills, arrowhead regional or san diego. then regional, in san diego.
san diego rotations your provided lodging.
