Kaiser Interview?

I have just been notified that I will be interviewing at Kaiser in the middle of February, does anyone know how the interviews are at Kaiser? what style of questions should I prepare for? I would greatly appreciate any info from experienced interviewees! thank you!

very relaxed, not much pressure. about 12 people, faculty, crna's, mda's and students in the program.
when i interviewed it was more about me and my experiences than questions on hemodynamics or application type questions.
pm me if you need more detail.
