Anyone interview at Kaiser yet? Curious to know how it went.

I inteviewed last week. I walked away feeling like it went fairly well. There were 10 people in the room asking mostly "get to know you" qestions.

Interview was 15 minutes....Visually intimidating with 14 people in the room asking questions.Friendly group of really smart people. Be ready to back up your answers with examples and depth. The interest seemed to be that they were looking to see what type of person you were more than clinical.
