It's a girl!

I just wanted to share the good news. I was able to take a 24 hour break from anesthesia school to enjoy the birth of my grandaughter. Noel Grace Pickel was born at 10:00 p.m. on December 7, 2004. My wife and I were able to be there for the birth. She weighed in at 8 lbs. and 10 oz. and was 21 inches long. Mom and Dad are doing well as is baby Noel. Well, back to the anesthesia grind. My first of three finals is this Friday and then two next Wednesday before I can go back home to visit and play with my grandaughter. Gods reward to parents who have raised their children well is the gift of grandchildren!! Good luck to everyone in school and have a blessed holiday and a joyous new year.

Trauma Tom

I hope you all get what you want for Christmas, my wife and I have already got want we wanted.
