  1. I am a Junior at Case Western Reserve University and I am looking for Anesthesia groups on the west or east who have opportunities for students to precept or job shadow. Also I am curious to know if there are any groups who pay for school and then require the student to work X amount of years afterwards?

I don't know much....but if I were you, in addition to posting your question here, I would just randomly call anesthesia groups on the west or east and ask them....then I would call or contact several groups about the paying for school issue....

I am sure that if you check with the anesthesia group in your area, they will let you shadow.

There are a lot of groups that will help with school. The easiest thing to do is ask the group in the area where you would like to work.
The problem is, that by the time you are done you may not want to work for that group, for reasons you could not comprehend before you started.

There are also jobs listed on gaswork which pay for your crna education.

The VA often pays for advanced education in exchange for an agreement to work X number of years afterwards. Don't know whether they do for the specific program you have in mind, but you might give them a call.

    Yoga,
I am currently a BSN student who wants to become a CRNA. I'm just looking at different schools right now and areas to work once I graduate.

    sjoe,
My friends father works for a group in Michigan who paid for his schooling and he's to work 5yrs pst graduation. I've looked into that program however, I'm not sure I want to stay in the Midwest.
